OMNIA KLIMA TECHNIK works together with the customer to find the best technical-commercial solution for their needs.
Scheduled maintenance can be half-yearly or annually. Services are scheduled on the basis of needs, budget and frequency established with each individual customer.

Measurement protocols
In conjunction with scheduled maintenance, it is possible to schedule measurement protocols for the calibration of the temperature (T) and humidity (% HR) values.
This allows you to document that your test parameters are correct.
OMNIA KLIMA TECHNIK is able to align the sensors to minimise the discrepancy between the values read by your climatic chamber and the values of the accredited primary instrumentation.
Our calibration is performed according to well-defined procedures recognised by inspection bodies and is accompanied by graphic evidence, data extrapolation and instrument traceability with the relevant ACCREDIA certificates.

OMNIA KLIMA TECHNIK is partnered with IRVING80 Srl, ACCREDIA Lat Calibration Laboratory n° 238.
We are therefore able to provide deep calibrations on different measurement units and issue ACCREDIA certificates according to customer requests.

Fgas declarations
OMNIA KLIMA TECHNIK is authorised to report to the Fgas database with any intervention carried out on plants containing HFC gas, as required by the new national decree F-GAS 2019 DPR 146 of 16 November 2018.
The new decree repeals the previous one (Presidential Decree 43/2012): in place of the obligation to communicate the Fgas Declaration by 31 May of each year, a database has been established which obliges sector operators (and no longer users) to communicate the information electronically as of 26 September 2019.
Climatic tests for third parties
OMNIA KLIMA TECHNIK provides a wide range of climatic chambers to perform any type of climatic test, according to your needs.
Obsolete system retrofits
OMNIA KLIMA TECHNIK is authorised to carry out the mandatory checks for any refrigerant leaks on systems containing gas that no longer comply with the law, as required by European Regulation 1005/09 – in force from 1 January 2015.
We are also authorised to perform the mandatory recovery of any residual refrigerant gas should a leak occur on the system. Depending on the type of system, it is possible to retrofit using low GWP ecological gas.
Refrigerant gas recovery
OMNIA KLIMA TECHNIK is authorised for the recovery of HFC refrigerants and gases that are no longer up to standard and provides transport and disposal services for the recovered refrigerant.
The recovery of the refrigerant gas is also necessary in the case of systems with partially discharged mixtures in accordance with the law. Subsequent filling with virgin or regenerated gas mixtures is essential to avoid loss of efficiency.
Chiller refrigeration systems
OMNIA KLIMA TECHNIK provides sizing, design, supply and execution services for industrial refrigeration systems with chiller units, suitable for cooling climatic chambers and other uses.
